Furniture Delivery
Whilst we endeavour to send out most items within 5-7 days, delivery for some items can be a little longer as some products are handmade or special orders. Should your item have a slightly longer delivery time we will advise you by email of an expected shipping date. If you require something urgently then please telephone us 01322 423 228 for approximate delivery date.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but should you not be satisfied with your purchase we will refund or replace all returns received within 7 days of your receipt.
Unless faulty, goods need to be returned in a saleable condition in original packaging. We ask that you obtain proof of posting as we cannot refund should the item get lost in the post.
What if my furniture does not fit?
When ordering furniture it is important to check that it will fit into your house and your room. Please check all doors, stairways and the space it has to go into carefully.
Please note we cannot accept the return of the following items:
i. Mattresses and beds, or bedding unless un-opened and in their original packaging.
ii. Any partially assembled flat pack furniture, unless the item is found to be faulty.
We do not refund flat packed items which have been built by the customer on receipt.
